Before You Travel to France

Here's a list of thing you should ensure that you get ready before you visit France.  We recommend that you leave enough time to ensure that all documents and identification are up to date - sometimes applying for new passports, for example, can take time.

Valid Passport - Visitors to France from the United Kingdom require a valid passport, and those travelling from outside the European Union may require a visa.  If you are unsure, please visit the French Foreign Ministry website for up to date information.
